What We Inspect

Before closing, here is a condo inspection checklist of items to inspect:
  • Microbial growth (spots on the walls or windows)
  • Address history of interior wall cracks
  • Identify the source of strange or unpleasant smells
  • Test for adequate water pressure
  • Review electrical systems for proper function
  • Measure the HVAC system’s ability to cool or heat
  • Inspect for sources of moisture intrusion (Exterior, Interior, and Adjacent Units)

Magnolia performs exterior inspection of the condo building and accesses the roof for assessment at no additional charge.  Although these areas are maintained by the HOA it is important to have an idea of how well the HOA is responsibly completing necessary repairs!
